The double room had a comfortable bed, a safe, central heating, and coffee/tea facilities, in addition to being conveniently located walking distance from Grande Place.

The hotel was well priced, we loved its GENUINELY HELPFUL staff. The breakfasts on individual trays.

Absolutely perfect super central location, so close to the Eurostar station, bars, eateries & shops and the centre of Lille.

Everything was good from the staff to the room, lovely bed and comfy room. The location was unbeatable and brilliant, just off major places of interest as well as the railway stations, many shops, bars and restaurants, and the city centre. Furthermore, close to station: D

The shower/toilet which are placed in a kind of partition rather than a separate room - giving minimal privacy

Excellent location, very friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Very basic and somewhat tired-looking rooms. Lacked the basics such as a kettle and tea/coffee, no bedside lamps. Some of the fixtures and fittings need replacing and updating.

The location was excellent - ease of access to Aeronef Live Music Venue. Because of a problem with double room we were upgraded and had an airy room with comfortable beds. The atmosphere created was quiet.
